        Do we produce an item after it’s sold?

        No, we want to be very clear about this subject. We can produce your clothing and keep it on stock until it’s sold on the webshop. But we do not offer producing an item after it’s sold (print-on-demand). Why do we work this way?

        1. Your customers expect fast shipping and delivery, with production after the sale, the waiting time is too long.
        2. We offer a lot of high end customisations, these products can’t be produced from 1 piece. So to offer you a much higher quality product, we have to produce upfront in larger quantities.
        3. Producing upfront is a lot cheaper for you. Your margins will be seriously higher than with dropshipping.
        4. We want you to succeed as a brand. A print-on-demand service shows your customers that you aren’t serious about your fashion brand.

        Is there a setup fee?

        No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.

        Can I cancel my account at any time?

        Yes, in the Light and Standard plan you can cancel your account anytime. For the Full account there is a 3 month notice period to handle al stock & shipping changes.

        How long are your contracts?

        All Merchandise Essentials plans are month to month unless you sign up for an annual plan.

        Do you offer any discounted plans?

        Yes, we offer a 10% discount on an annual plan. This is paid upfront.

        Can I change my plan later on?

        Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

        How do I receive my payments?

        You can track all your sales in the backoffice, you can withdraw your account on a monthly or quarterly basis. Money will be transferred by banktransfer.

        Are there any transaction fees?

        Every plan has it’s specific transaction fee. These are the % that payment providers (like Paypal, iDeal, Mastercard,…) take.

        How does plan payment go?

        We setup automatic payments with credit card or bank transfer.

        Can I use my own domain name?

        Yes. Your online store can use an existing domain name that you own (even a subdomain), or you can purchase a domain name with our team. We also provide a free night-essentials.com domain name to all stores on sign up.

        What are your bandwidth fees?

        There are none. All Merchandise Essentials plans include unlimited bandwidth for free.

        Do I need a web host?

        No. Merchandise Essentials Light, Standard & Full Service plans include secure, unlimited e-commerce hosting for your online store.

         

        How does Full Service work?

        In the Full Service plan, we do you stock management. We follow up your orders. We pick the orders, ship the orders & handle all customer service. If you don’t want any of the logistic hassle.

        How many storage space is included in Full Service Plan?

        In the plan there is 1m3 of storage space included. Upgrading is possible, please contact our service team for a storage space upgrade.

        What is the average shipping time?

        Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Travel time depends on the country. Belgium is 1 day.

        Where do you ship?

        We ship worldwide to over 150 countries.

        What is the 2,5€/order for?

        In this price the manual hours of our shipping team is included. Order picking, packaging, shipping, follow up & customer service. Also included in this price is the packaging. (Night Essentials Box)

        Can my clients follow their packages?

        Yes, we automatically send the tracking code, so they can always follow their own package.
