Water-based screen print works by the same principles as regular screen print. The only difference is the fact that regular screen print inks are plastisol based, and with water-based screen print they have a water base. Water-based screen print is a bit more ecological, but the ink is also a bit more expensive.
Because the water-based ink is thinner than plastisol-based ink, the layer on the garment is also thinner. Water-based screen print starts at 25 pieces.
